Retails Agreement Fees

Initial Franchise Fee

$38,000 excluding GST (LIFE TIME)

Ongoing Franchise Fee

2% of gross sales per week for operation
1% of gross sales per week for marketing

Investment

The upfront investment required for a new store generally ranges between $500,000 to $1,000,000 (excluding GST), including initial franchise fees. Investment level is dependent upon the store location and size, equipment required and any funding grants that may be available to you.

Warehouse Agreement Fees

$180,000 excluding GST (LIFE TIME)

Ongoing Franchise Fee

3% of gross sales per week for operation
2% of gross sales per week for marketing

Investment

Operation Support

Our operation team are there to help you, with a dedicated opera- tions manager who will help work with you to launch your business, then will work with you to ensure the business maximises its revenue potential.

We will primarily focus on operations support but will assist with the creation and execution of your business plan and the steps needed to achieve your goals.

Trainning

A comprehensive preliminary training programme is provided for all new owners covering all aspects of running a Pacific Asian Grocer store, from stock procedures and food preparation, to safety and people management, and everything in between – we have you covered.

Training consists of hands-on practical training and guided assistance during your opening period. Our franchisees have access to comprehensive training programs to help prepare and upskill your team.
